I met a girl at a BBQ, fell in love with her on our third date and proposed six weeks later.

We’ve now been married for thirty-six years!

After a full business career, I’ve now embraced being a Celebrant and love playing a small (but meaningful) part in my clients’ lives, either officiating at their wedding or at the funeral of one of their loved ones.  

In my spare time, when not listening to Primary School children read, I can be found on a small boat on the River Thames.

And as the Trustee of a charity set up to educate people about the need for better sun protection (to avoid against Melanoma) I’m often out rattling tins.
